Overseas Singaporeans may now submit their proposals to the Overseas Singaporean Unit (OSU) if they wish to apply for funding for their events. Here’s how:

Application
Submit Forms A and B to nps_osu@nps.gov.sg

Please use a separate Form B for each event or programme. Make sure that your submission is complete to minimise delay.

Proposals should:

1. Promote a connection to home in Singapore through
   (i) Updating and showcasing developments in Singapore;
   (ii) Reinforcing a sense of belonging to Singapore; and/or
   (iii) Contributing back to Singapore and to Singaporeans.

2.   Target mainly an OS audience, with a minimum group size of 50 OS.

Notification of outcome
The OSU will notify you of the success of your application as well as the allocated funding amount.

Post-event Submission and Reimbursement
Submit Form S to nps_osu@nps.gov.sg. (Within two months of your event)
