I finally received a reply from the bookshop in Perth:

I found this weblink to a Language bookshop in Australia (!). If you look at Page 4, right hand column, they have listed the Tesaurus Bahasa Melayu for A$35.00. Maybe someone in Singapore can order the book for Amy as Oz is not so far from Singapore. Further to my earlier posting, I have searched the websites of both Times Publishing and Marshall Cavendish for your book without any success. It may be that the book is out of print. Since my husband is seriously taking up malay lessons, I have been looking "high & low" for this book.
