Hi, just chanced upon this place while trying to see if there's anything arranged for National Day.. seached the embassy first and all I got was that they are closed on the 9th because it is Naitonal Day in Singapore -_-'''

So following from what was posted earlier this year, I have now submitted a request to join the Temasek Group. Let's see if we can meet up soon then :)

So anyway, anything planned then for this Thurs?

what to do, but at least we are seeing some traction in our club participation rates, we are starting to understand what our club members like, and we are of course very lucky to have the right networks through our members to get those events setup.

Hahahaha! You are such fun, how not to like you. At least you can blame it on your surname. With a surname like yours you do not need any enemy... hehe You probably right :(

Hi Everyone,

I have been away moving around the past 2 years (Toowoomba > Newcastle > Sydney). We have been in Aus for 4yrs now.
I was active with the Brisbane singaporean group (with Uncle Charles) who has moved back home last year. Then everyone jumped states as opportunities came! & I was one of them ;)

So we finally decided to join back the club but this time in Sydney!

We are a family of 3 with 3yrs the youngest.

Maybe one day we could meet up with everyone and get connected again!

Cheers,
Justin

Welcome to Sydney, there is a FB known as Singapore Kongsi and it seems they are a grassroot and family oriented group which caters more for Singaporean migrants like you. I will ask their admin to add you if you are interested.
Cheers,
Uncle Phil

Hi Justin,

Welcome to SYD.

There is a Temasek Group on Facebook.

Quite a number of Singaporeans going onto it almost everyday and there are activities once a month or more.

Please do join in if you are interested.

All The Best.

Thanks. I'll join in the group there and monitor :)
