I would say, go for working holiday and then perhaps if your performance is good, the company may sponsor a PR visa.

I know a few people had gone down this path succesfully. Good luck.

time killer between now and whenever u get that job, try work experience or apprenterships.. they are big on blue collar here, its your best ticket in without PR.

Ehhhh, not wanting to pour cold water but its gonna be really hard. Aussie companies usually only consider candidates who already have their PR and are physically in Australia and available immediately for interview. Applying while staying in Singapore, its very unlikely that anyone will give your CV a second glance.

Some of my colleagues are non-Aussie PRs and they got a work permit via my company, but that's because they've years of experience in our industry and have skills that are in very high demand. As a fresh grad you won't have that benefit. You could try the skilled migrant avenue, there was an option to live and work in Australia for a few years, but you'll be working in the smaller towns like Darwin or Adelaide or Alice Springs and will not be allowed to move to the bigger cities like Sydney or Melbourne until after a few years.
