I know many have told stories of being ripped off by so many company secretaries in Malaysia especially Johor area that opening up a Business in Malaysia is like a wild goose chase.

I have got my fair share too, so if you need help etc, see http://www.IncorporateMalaysia.com and the price for permits etc are negotiable. They give the top rate, just in case these jokers need more money for 'buttering it up' to make it 'express' like convincing fees etc.

Special Rates and Waivers are there for you Singaporeans, so make full use of the facilities next door!
