We regret that there are limitations to the current system, hence the difficulties users have highlighted in their use of the forum threads.

The saving grace is that we'll be undergoing a major revamp later in the year.

We'll definitely ensure the system is way more user-friendly than it presently is.

Hang in there meantime.

We'll also be happy to know if you have a wishlist.

Hi Joannes,

It's you.

This is a PERFECTLY functional, PERFECTLY user-interface-friendly forum.

For your information, this forum was designed so that no one can track anything easily (so as to really remove any liability for any posts made).

Since this is a PERFECT forum, there is no need for any solution.

Is it just me, or has anyone else seen the posts in the forums all jumbled up with no head or tail on who posted first?

It makes tracking of posts and replies extremely difficult. In some of the forums, I find the answer to a question as the 1st post and the question several postings below the answer.

Is there anyway to resolve this through the settings?

Thanks.

I agree with post#15 smile.gif

Cheers

Joanne

hey agree as well

when did this format change?

i don't like it...it makes the reading very difficult...

personally i don't even attempt to use that tree branch thing on the bottom

i simply click on fast reply so i can revert back to the format that i like....
which is the normal forum format, latest post at the top...

hi there smile.gif

is there any options where i can choose how the posts are arranged?
it would be much preferred (for me) that the first post is not located all the way at the back.
I had to keep on scrolling from bottom to top just to read what everyone is talking about and its kind tiring ..

moderators or adminstrators, please do something. i also find it very distracting that the first post becomes the last post.

I think the posts are in the ordered in the following way: The first post will be at the bottom (or the last page), and the last post in the first page (top post).
It might be nice if they could switch it so that the posts are in chronological order. You can't refer to a previous post number because each time there is a new post everything gets renumbered.

I have contacted the moderators/administrators at the time of my last post. I was told they will look into it.

Seems like nothing has changed. This forum is getting extremely unwieldy to use. Definitely defeats the purpose of having a forum when people find it difficult to use and decide not to participate in it anymore.

If you need to contact a moderator or simply wish to view the complete administration team, you can click the link 'The moderating team' found at the 'My Assistant' link.

This list will show you the administrators and the moderators of the individual forums.

Where/who are the administrators? Is there anything that can be done?

I thought it was my own settings, but I can't seem to find anything in the settings or preferences.

My initial post was suppose to be Post No. 1, now it is probably Post No. 4. I would prefer the earlier post first at the top and clicking on the "new and unread post" icon will bring me to the first new and unread post since I last visited the forum and allow me to scroll down from there instead of scrolling upwards.

I wanted to say this before - this forum is getting more complex and unwieldy....many subject headings are too general. it is better to have just 1 big forum, or classify by countries.

This way of arrangement seems to be different from the other forums which I also visit.
